The Wood Apartment

CHECK IN: From 3pm till 10pm. Key collection & bag drop off is available from 11am. (You will be met by your host at this property for check in).

CHECK OUT: by 11am. No late check out available, please check out on time.

GUESTS: Up to 2 guests maximum with 1 child or baby. A travel cot will be provided for the baby & bedding for the sofa for the child.

THE APARTMENT: Situated on the top 3rd floor (no lift), with fantastic views of Brighton rooftops. The apartment offers a comfy king size bed with some feather bedding. The apartment is fully equipped for self catering and the supermarkets and open market are a few minutes walk from the apartment. In designing this apartment we have sourced all recycled wood which has been lovingly worked to give it a very warm and homely feel. We've also added vintage furnishings to give the apartment a unique style which we are sure you'll love!

AMENITIES: Smart TV with internet access, Hair Dryer, Towels, Iron, Ironing board, Wi-Fi, Tea, Fresh coffee, Shampoo, Body-wash, Electric fans, Plantation shutters, Cot & highchair, Full catering equipment, Choice of great shops, pubs & cafes on the doorstep.

PARKING: Private, covered & gated parking £25 per day. This space suits small to medium sized vehicles. Pre booking is advised to ensure availability.

BOOKING DURATION: For this apartment we take preference on longer stays, offering great deals for longer bookings - Please contact us with details.

ENERGY ALLOWANCE £4 per day. Smart meters are installed to monitor usage and available for guests to view. If the average allowance is over this amount at end of stay this will be charged to the guest. Please be considerate with your usage.

GARDEN: There is no outside space at this property however the Level park is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.

AREA: Located in a quiet residential area close to the Level Park and London Road. There is a great choice of pubs, shops and restaurants just on the doorstep. The Famous Laines are just a few minutes away and you can walk through the beautiful Valley Gardens all the way to the beach. It’s also very easy to pick up a Brighton bike and use the many cycle lanes to explore Brighton.

LOCATION: See map below. 10 minutes walk from Brighton train station and 20 minutes to the pier walking. £7 taxi to centre. On the bus route with buses every 5/10 minutes from £2.
