The Old Cottage Retreat has 2 guest rooms, The King Room with private bathroom & The Queen Room Ensuite. The Old Cottage Retreat B&B is a very peaceful old victorian flint cottage located at the end of a quaint tree lined lane close to the centre. Jackie the resident cat also live here (doesn’t go in guest rooms) If you’re looking for a calm & relaxing stay this is the place! Number34 B&B Retreat
Number34 as featured in many homes magazines has 5 unique guest rooms hosting up to 10 guests. Each room’s separated on its own floor. The premium Loft studio is ensuite with a private balcony with views to the sea. The other 4 rooms share our 2 wonderful bathrooms and there’s an additional toilet. We’re a B&B so breakfast is included. Cilla & Joan our resident cats live in the kitchen conservatory area (not going on guest rooms) We also offer Massage, Sauna & Retreat Packages from our beautiful Spa Garden.
Situated 20 minutes walk from Brighton centre towards the universities or £8 taxi ride, we are also on the main bus routes. *Parking available.

‘Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Brighton staying at Peter’s place... this place has so much thoughtful attention to detail which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this place to others and it will be my first choice next time I'm down South! The Sauna Massage was something really special and a real treat!
